A bespoke residential build for a private client using ICF BWI Jackon and an Atlas foundation system. Significant advantages of ICF include reduced waste on site and less exposure to the risk of heavy lifting encountered with more traditional methods. This product easily meets passive housing standard and lends itself well to multiple sites and multi-purpose projects including large commercial builds 5-stories high.
Provided mechanical and electrical services across multiple sites such as armoury storage, tank workshops, modular accommodation and 22-man accommodation blocks.
A substantial project that included modernising multiple floors within the college, a complete renovation of the ground floor, and upgrading the Energy Centre. Energy Centre upgrade involved completely stripping out existing structure, full design, and replacing one mega watt boiler along side all minor construction requirements.
Located within a remote part of the Scottish Highlands, this stunning family home presented some logical challenges around accessing materials. so we manufactured the timber kit on site and created this beautiful house at the foot of Beinn Sgritheall.
